The data we process:

To sign up for or use the App, you are asked to provide us with specific personal information (e.g., your name, delivery address, e-mail address, and phone number). After obtaining your explicit consent, this information shall be processed according to legal requirements to authenticate your identity, identify you and provide the service properly.

We shall also process device and access information and IP Information for technical reasons, and we shall detect suspicious behavior early and avoid harm.

We may also need to collect specific financial information from you (e.g., your credit card number and code, expiry date, bank ID and card type). You should enter this financial information in the “Payment Method” section of the App, and we shall use this information for issuing invoices and to complete your orders according to the payment method that is convenient to you. You can also save this information for auto sign-in, so you do not need to enter this information again when you want a new request, and you can remove this information from your account at any time.

Transferring information to drivers after processing the data and using the least amount of information, so they can deliver your request properly and quickly.

Finally, we may collect additional information from you (e.g., information related to your communication with our customer support, feedback and other comments related to your use of the App) for statistical purposes.

Protection of personal information:

We never share your data with any unauthorized external party, and all the data are constantly subject to strict control.

We process your personal data and take all the precautions to preserve your information by unauthorized access, usage or disclosure your information.

Because of our strong concern for data protection, we work within a contractual framework with the specialized data protection agencies authorized by the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in accordance with our own standards of privacy.
